Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, however, we do allow refunds and replacements. 

When you can request a replacement:

  • It has been over five (5) days and under thirty (30) days since the expected delivery date
  • If the product is damaged
  • If the product is dysfunctional
  • If the product is lost in transit

When you can request a refund:

  • It has been under thirty (30) days since the product's expected delivery date
  • If the product is damaged
  • If the product is dysfunctional

 

You must have HIGH QUALITY VIDEO PROOF of damage on the product, or the product being dysfunctional. Upon approval, replacements and refunds will be initiated once per product per customer.
