We do not accept returns, however, we do allow refunds and replacements.Ā 

When you can request a replacement:

  • It has beenĀ over five (5) days and under thirty (30) daysĀ since the expected delivery date
  • If the product is damaged
  • If the product is dysfunctional
  • If the product is lost in transit

When you can request a refund:

  • It has beenĀ under thirty (30) days since the product's expected delivery date
  • If the product is damaged
  • If the product is dysfunctional

You must haveĀ HIGH QUALITY VIDEO PROOF of damage on the product, or the product being dysfunctional. Upon approval, replacements and refunds will be initiated once per product per customer.Ā
